COO - Digital Vertical, Head - Brand Marketing and Corporate Communication Tata Capital Limited

Veetika is a TAS (Tata Administrative Services) Officer and has been with the Tata Group for over 15 years. She has worked in multiple Tata companies such as - Titan Industries Limited and Tata Teleservices Limited, and worked on focused short duration projects across Human Resources in Group HR, Tata Sons; Operations at Tata Chemicals Limited; New Product Introduction at Tata Tea Limited (now Tata Global Beverages) and Corporate Social Responsibility at Tata Chemicals Limited.

Currently Veetika is the Chief Operating Officer – Digital Business at Tata Capital, and also the Head – Brand Marketing & Corporate Communication. Tata Capita, a subsidiary of Tata Sons, is the financial services arm of the Tata Group.

As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Digital business vertical, she is entrusted with the challenging role of adopting digital across multiple functions and products and services of Tata Capital and craft and execute a strong and successful digital strategy for Tata Capital; embracing next gen technology and practices that will help transform Tata Capital as the industry and customers become increasingly digital. As the lead for Brand, her role includes strategic brand development, brand communication and brand-building. Additionally, she also oversees Internal Communication and drives the Public & Media relations strategy and function. Her role in Tata Capital also includes being part of the Operations Committee and the Gender Diversity Committee.

Veetika is also a part of the ‘Digital Sub-Group’ operating at a consolidated Tata level that helps promote digital as a strategic intervention.

Veetika has done her schooling from Delhi Public School, Delhi, and is an Economics graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University and a MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi.

She is a Fulbright Fellowship Programme scholar, and has attended executive programmes at the Carnegie Mellon University, and under the aegis of the University of Michigan, NYU Stern School of Business and the University of Cambridge.

Her interests include – sports, travelling and reading.
